Mac`s are the schitt! I bought a Mac Book few months ago, awesome machine. Don`t plan on ever buying a PC again. few things that are difficult at 1st but you get used to them quickly.

In my understanding, they have the best virus protection going on all pc`s bar none.

One of the reasons for the best virus protection is that the squirrels who want to invade your system don`t go after Macs. Not enough of them to worry about.
Second - You`ll go back to PCs after Steve Jobs dies or goes away. Happened last time when he got sick. He is the one and only person that makes that company go.

I purchased an IMac about two years ago. I have not had one problem with it. Yup, I said not one problem. Nope, Zippo, Nada, Ziltch!!! No crashes, no freezes, no lockups, nothing. It`s fast and simple to learn and use. A lot less clicking. No need to run Anti Virus, Malware, Spyware or any of that stuff. Graphics are a lot better. Easy to add software to it. Set it up for auto updates and forget about it! Everything is in one neat little package. DVD burner, speakers, microphone, hard drive, cam are contained in the monitor. Go ahead, some one say "heat problems". Nope, none. Wireless key board and wireless mouse, not a gazillion wires under your desk. One AC cord for the monitor and one AC cord for the printer. Enough USB ports. Very low maintenance, no need to constantly defrag the hard drive. My son and daughter both purchased Notebooks and the same success story there. Not one problem. Like they say "Once you go IMac, you will never go back"!!! Also if you do need tech support you will talk to John or Jane Smith located in the `Good Ole U S OF A, not Kashmir Habib Patel in phucking Bangladesh!!!

Well, like McG.....We`re both ex-IBMers and using the PC and now windows, etc. has been the deal. However, I`ve grown increasingly disinchanted with my pc and various problems........I`ll give a hard look at the Apple line when I make another purchase.
